Discover Peppino Espressobar: A Taste of Italy in the Heart of Munich

Located on Knorrstraße 91, Peppino Espressobar is not just a cafe; it's an experience that transports you straight to the charming streets of Italy. This delightful Italian coffee shop, famous for its extraordinary coffee and freshly baked pastries, offers the perfect ambiance for a leisurely breakfast or a quick coffee break.

As you step inside, the friendly owner welcomes you like family, creating an inviting atmosphere that resonates throughout the space. The enticing aroma of roasted Illy coffee beans fills the air, promising a rich and satisfying cup of coffee. Guests rave about the delectable cornetti – a traditional Italian croissant – which are served warm and fresh, their golden crust giving way to soft, buttery layers that practically melt in your mouth. Emily Pyle describes them as “to die for,” and with first hand experiences, it’s hard to disagree.

For those on the go, Peppino's offers an impressive selection at reasonable prices—like a delicious doppio espresso for just €3.30, making it an ideal stop for a quick pick-me-up while waiting for the bus. “Excellent coffee and cornettos at a reasonable price” is how one satisfied customer put it, reaffirming Peppino's commitment to quality without breaking the bank.

Not only does Peppino serve up exceptional coffee, but it also delights with scrumptious lunch options. As Oliver Wasiak keenly observes, the lively Italian ambiance coupled with a selection of savory lasagna and paninis makes every visit worthwhile. You may just find yourself returning day after day, captivated by the welcoming spirit and the remarkable flavors.

In the words of John Cena, Peppino is “such an incredible find” – a genuine slice of Italy that excites the senses and warms the heart. If you yearn for authentic Italian coffee and mouthwatering pastries in Munich, look no further than Peppino Espressobar. As returning customers like Katharina Owens attest, it's not just about the coffee; it's about the connection, the chat, and a little love from the owner that keeps you coming back.

For a true Italian cafe experience paired with top-notch service, Peppino Espressobar is not to be missed. Next time you find yourself in Munich, treat yourself to the best morning coffee and a warm, flaky cornetto that will leave you saying, “When can I come back?”

The cafe owner is very friendly and welcoming. If you come first thing in the morning the croissants are still warm and fresh, they are to die for. The coffee served is Illy blend and was made very well.

Simply the best. Not just the coffee but the whole atmosphere. Once you walk in there you immediately feel like being in Italy. Whether during lunch hours or early in the morning, it's always worth to grab a coffee. The croissants are also extremely delicious in the morning, coming fresh out of the oven and still warm. During lunch you might be lucky to get a lasagne or some paninis. Make sure to check it out. Small and cozy.

Small Italian coffee bar. The espresso (Illy brand) was excellent, the doppio was €3,30 which is a fair price. Perfect for a quick coffee while waiting for the bus at the stop outside.
